School & Community Exhibits

Nevada County STEAM Expo 2023 invites you to become an exhibitor at the Nevada County Fairgrounds on Saturday, March 25th, 2023.

Please register your school or business by March 1, 2023 to reserve your exhibit space using the registration form shared below.

Showcase STEM Learning happening at your school or business by reserving a space to host an interactive display or activity. Prior exhibits have included green screen, 3D printing, arts interactive design challenges, robotics demonstrations, digital media demonstrations, building/design stations, instrument petting zoos, phenomena observation stations, Sphero labs, 3D Pen challenges, engineering/design challenges, and more!

    • Exhibit Set-up: Friday, March 24 from 8AM - 4PM at the Nevada County Fairgrounds

    • STEAM Expo Exhibit Showcase: Saturday, March 25th from 9 AM - 3 PM

    • Exhibit Clean-up: Saturday, March 25th from 3 PM - 4PM

If you have a talent and are interested in hosting a hands-on exhibit, please use the link provided below to complete the Special Exhibit Application. Community experts in advanced technology, computer science, engineering, art, science, and mathematics are strongly encouraged to participate. Who should consider being a school or community exhibitors?

Potential exhibitors include:

  • All Nevada County Schools (all grades)

  • Non-Profits

  • Universities, Community Colleges, and Trade Schools

  • Educational Resources

  • Government Agencies

  • Schools/Clubs

  • Employers (providing educational exhibits - not a job fair)

The STEAM Expo is a venue to connect students, families, and educators with resources provided by both community organizations and vendors. The STEAM Expo offers a place for community agencies to connect with Nevada County students to demonstrate learning opportunities, career and college pathways, expert presentations, and interactive hands-on learning experiences for all kids in the free family friendly public event.

Community Exhibitors will need to show the following insurance to participate:

  1. Certificate of Insurance – Amount of $1,000,000

  2. Additional Insured Endorsement

  3. Additional Insured Endorsement Requirement (the form attached)
